Who We are
Dyfodol aim to give each child a sense of belonging and help them to aspire to a brighter future.
We aim to work in partnership with children and young people by, listening, encouraging, and supporting them to manage any adverse childhood experiences and trauma they may have encountered in their formative years.

We will aim to ensure each child that comes to our homes receives support and guidance to be a child first and to explore there emotions and feelings and plan for there future.
We will provide them with life experiences and help them build positive relationships with others and help them with understanding the world around them

- To ensure we provide the best opportunities for each child in our homes
- To ensure that the child is at the centre of what we do and ensure they have a voice and listened to. To ensure each young person’s rights and responsibilities are championed
- To give the child opportunities to experience positive education and support them to achieve
- To celebrate and recognise success both with young people and the staff team
